We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build and offer. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you are exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you are at the Online Store or in a SakuraZ Retail Store (jointly referred to as “SakuraZ Store”).
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at a SakuraZ Store. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at a SakuraZ Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with SakuraZ’s Terms and Conditions.
By placing an order via our website, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with SakuraZ you must be over 18 years of age.
SakuraZ retains the right to refuse any request made by you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card, or bank account used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of international products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads. It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that your e-scooter is operated by all country and local laws. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and holds SakuraZ Ltd and its owners free from any liability caused by their use.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Grand Total’.
The website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil any orders that you may place based on information on the website that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.
In-Store Pickup and Return
SakuraZ offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. SakuraZ will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We will also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you do not pick up your order within 21 calendar day after order payment completion, SakuraZ may cancel it.
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. SakuraZ is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
The SakuraZ Store sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, SakuraZ may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we are building them as fast as we can. SakuraZ reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when SakuraZ confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, SakuraZ will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
Various Shipping options are available based on the type of the order. Items in your order may have different shipping availability.
Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond SakuraZ’s control once it leaves our facilities, SakuraZ cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery.
As SakuraZ takes care of the dispatch of the products you purchase on the SakuraZ Store, the risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s).
SakuraZ uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
The Ships time usually will be 3 business days but may be subject to delays resulting from postal delays or Force Majeure Event (as defined below) for which we will not be responsible.
Force Majeure Event
“Force Majeure Event” means an act, event or circumstance or any combination of acts, events or circumstances which:
(a) is beyond the reasonable control of SakuraZ;
(b) is without fault or negligence on the part of SakuraZ;
(c) could not have been (including by reasonable anticipation) avoided or overcome by the Sakura by the exercise of due diligence and acting in accordance with good industry practices; and
(d) materially and adversely prevents or delays Sakura in its performance including, without limitation the following acts, events or circumstances:
(i) an Act of God, including fire, earthquake, volcanic eruption, landslide, flood, hurricane, lightning strike, cyclone, tornado, typhoon or other natural disasters;
(ii) pandemic, war, hostilities, belligerence, blockade, acts of terrorism, sabotage, civil commotion and civil disturbances, riot, revolution or insurrection;
(iii) strikes or labor disputes not involving SakuraZ’s own employees; and
(iv) changes in law and regulations that fundamentally affect performance by SakuraZ .
The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Courier Delivery from a SakuraZ Store cost does not include tip.
You can find delivery costs at checkout, in the Order Confirmation email, and online when you view your order.
Once your order is placed, we send information about your order by email. The email you receive depends on whether you chose to have the items delivered or picked up. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item.
The order acknowledgement email provides a summary of the items in your order. If you chose to have an item delivered, the order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and a delivery date. You can click the date to view your order details. For pickup items in your order, the email will display your selected SakuraZ Store location. If you have designated someone else to pick up the item for you, the email will also display your pickup contact.
If you chose to have an item delivered, we might send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a delivery date. You, if available, can click the tracking number to track your package using SakuraZ’s online Order Status or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
If you purchase an electronic SakuraZ Gift Card, we will send you an email notification once we send the gift card to the recipient.
Once your items are available at the SakuraZ Store, we will send a pickup notification email or contact you by phone. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.
We will send a reminder email if your item is still waiting to be picked up.
We might send updates by text message, so you can stay updated on your delivery or pickup order.
Once your order is shipped or available for pickup, we will send you a text message. This will include your order number and a link to the tracking or pickup store information. We will also send you texts on the day of delivery or after your item has been delivered. You may receive several text messages per item on your order.
Products purchased online from SakuraZ will only be shipped to addresses within Azerbaijan.
Standard Return Policy
We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged and unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
Prices shown are in Azerbaijani Manats (AZN). In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees. An original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches and warranty repair services.
Please note that any refunds to a credit card must be placed on the original credit card used. If the original credit card is not available the refund can be placed on a gift card.
All merchandise marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. The comprehensive list of the nonreturnable purchases also include those listed in Resolution 114 of Cabinet Minister dated 31 may 1998.
Items need to be returned to a SakuraZ Store only, in a like-new condition. Items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched or missing major contents may be denied a return. Apparel must not be worn or laundered, and its original tags must be attached for us to accept a return.
With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
SakuraZ reserves the right to charge restocking fees in situations outlined above. Whenever a product is returned and it is determined there is misuse, damage or neglect, based on the condition in which the product is received, a restocking fee will be determined. It is our hope we never have to apply this type of additional charge.
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to SakuraZ Store and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied or limited, and all applicable taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a non-refundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased. To avoid any doubt, any refund will be provided only in case all items purchased as a bundle will be returned in proper condition. In case not all items presented, only exchange of particular item might be available, subject to the condition of that item.
